Ms. Morrison was admitted following a complicated hospitalization. When she was first evaluated by therapy, her health was compromised and she needed help with balance and mobility, strengthening, activity tolerance, and self-care deficits. With the help of physical and occupational therapy services, she learned compensatory strategies and adaptive techniques in addition to an individualized exercise plan to regain independence!
